Neither of us had worked through the process of closing on a property like this before and several aspects of it ended up taking a lot more time and effort than either of us had expected. He did a great job of handling the communications between all parties involved and kept us right on the schedule that I had hoped for. I'm really impressed with his availability and quick communication.
