Buyer reviewBryan made this process very easy and a lot less stressful. My husband and I are older and have been at the same location for a lot of years. For my husband it was his heritage. So selling although the right thing todo was difficult emotionally. Bryan was especially understanding and patient especially with my husband. He listened to his stories and answered his questions and concerns patiently sometimes the same ones over and over. He made the experience seem as if he was invested as personally as we were. The bottom line is he cared. Bryan is a super star in my book. I will be singing his praises for quite some time. In my humble opinion he is the best of the best. His attention to detail is out standing. Bryan Wayman always has a ready smile and encouraging word. At the same time he is always professional taking care of the details of the business making the transitions easy and seem less. We felt very well represented at all times. I would highly recommend recommend Bryan Wayman to anyone who is buying or selling property. My heart felt thanks to Bryan for everything.

We went to look at houses on the first weekend, And I think based on that Brian really figured out what we are looking for. On the second weekend we only looked at two houses and we are very interested in both, and we ended up making an offer. Brian's expertise during the offer process helped us get the property at a good price. The purchase process was challenging from our end because I had recently started a new business. Brian really helped me figure out how to get the loan: what my options were, what the best thing was for my family. Ultimately we got the house and we're very happy here and we're incredibly grateful for Brian's help in getting our home.
