I was looking to sell my very first home I had ever purchased, so I was scared to death. From the moment Brian and I first discussed the sale of my home, he was patient, kind, understanding, and let me know that he was working for me, and I was never ever alone during the sales process. I was confused by a lot of the terminology and Brian was always quick to explain anything with such grace and I really appreciated that. I was a difficult client, very emotional, and very scared. Brian eased all my fears and walked me through the listing process, offers, inspection, appraisal and closing process with ease. I didn't just want a realtor to slap a sign in the yard and sell my home. I wanted a realtor to understand this was a big step for me in my life, and I wanted to hand my largest investment over to the new buyer, and be excited to do so. Brian Wayman went above and beyond to sell my home, and I will never use anyone else. Buyer reviewBryan made this process very easy and a lot less stressful. My husband and I are older and have been at the same location for a lot of years. For my husband it was his heritage. So selling although the right thing todo was difficult emotionally. Bryan was especially understanding and patient especially with my husband. He listened to his stories and answered his questions and concerns patiently sometimes the same ones over and over. He made the experience seem as if he was invested as personally as we were. The bottom line is he cared. Bryan is a super star in my book. I will be singing his praises for quite some time. In my humble opinion he is the best of the best. His attention to detail is out standing. Bryan Wayman always has a ready smile and encouraging word. At the same time he is always professional taking care of the details of the business making the transitions easy and seem less. We felt very well represented at all times.
