She was knowledgable, responsive, fun to work with, and always had our needs in mind. Bridget made the entire process smooth and simple, even though we had a complicated situation trying to sell a house in another city. It could not have been a better experience!

She appeared a much stronger advocate for him then our realtor (from a different company) was for us. So when it was time to list this place we asked her if she would be our listing agent. We appreciated the advertising/activity reports. We also appreciated the immediate feedback that she gave us after showings and the open house. Bridget was upfront and honest in a respectful manner. She has a proactive approach to address any potential issues in advance. We could count on her to act and respond promptly. She was a joy to work with. I liked the system for scheduling and confirming showing. You have your act together much more then a previous broker that we had dealty with.
