I think many others would have walked from us because of the amount of time Bridget put in to helping us with dozens of walk throughs. She was always quick to respond and find information on properties and communities we were interested in. Always with a smile and great attitude, A real pleasure to work with. Seller reviewFor some time before selling house keeping had been poor due to illness and old age. As my wife died and I had to go to a place for assisted living no one was in the house. The house needed a lot of work to get it in a sellable condition. Excellent knowledge and willingness to do a lot of extra work was needed to do this. Mrs. Fogarty had both and did an excellent job. She was competent, friendly and easy to work with. The sale went fast. Mrs. Fogarty found a good buyer and we were satisfied with the price. All together we were very satisfied and would recommend Mrs. Fogarty to everyone who is looking for a very competent and easy to work with broker.
