Seller reviewExcellent sales person, knowledgeable, personable, intelligent and very caring. I both purchased a cabin with Bridgett's help and used her again when I sold the cabin. She made everything go smoothly and with no stress, I felt like she always had my best interests at heart during both the purchase and the sale of my cabin. On a a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, I give her 11 stars ?

She was spot with her price evaluation. I spoke to Bridgett Goins the day before leaving for Dubai, when I returned the contract and sales price were ready. A week later we had an offer. Without Bridgett Goins we would have left a lot of money on the table. The deal she arranged was great for us and the buyer. Her knowledge of the Pigeon Forge area is incredible. Extremely helpful at all levels. We completed our part of the closing from NC. Couldn't have asked for a better agent!

She was always willing to talk and was eager to help me throughout our selection process. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly steered us in the right direction as she listened carefully to our wants and needs. I couldn't be more satisfied with Bridgett Goins handling of our purchase of our cabin in Tennessee. She listened carefully to us as we discussed our wants and needs and she made a very difficult process and decision making problem of buying a vacation home by myself, after always relying on my husband for everything in these matters. I can honestly say that if I ever had a home to sell in this area, or another home to purchase, I would only use Bridgett Goins to handle all my real estate needs. As stated previously, I would not be happy with any other real estate agent other than Bridgett Goins. She is the utmost in professionalism and displays an outstanding outgoing personality that my family and I respect and admire.
