Buyer reviewI never realized how much a realtor is involved with the process of a sale. There is so much work behind the scenes that the realtor does, and if it's not required, then Britani goes above and beyond. She kept the line of communication open throughout the process, which was especially. helpful as we live out of state. She included my parents in the process, who lives in Myrtle Beach, and it made the closing much more convenient for us, which was done remotely, but the transfer of keys went to my parents. She was always accommodating and readily available to answer any questions we had.

She listened to what we were looking for in a home and showed us perfect options. And even after we purchased and closed on our home she is still there to help us make the move across the US. As far as we are concerned she deserves Realtor of the year award! We trust her and listened to her experience and she was spot on! If there was a scale from 1 to 10 rating 10 being the best Britani Craven is a 20!!!!!

Seller reviewBritani Craven went above and beyond, I felt, in making us feel comfortable and taking great interest in getting to know us. She keeps us up to date and lets us know how our properties are progressing. We are still working with Britani as we have another 2 properties for sale. Since we live out of state she continues to keep us up to date and checks in with us to see how we are doing. I couldn't ask for a better realtor, we feel very at ease knowing Britani is there for us.
