I believe that was the biggest factor as to why it sold fairly quickly. We had listed it 3 years ago for 6 months with a different company and didnt get near the activity as this time around. Seller reviewBrody was direct, explained things and his approach very well, had a great personality, etc. I don't know how I would have made it thru this selling my house in Scottown and buying a replacement house without him! He was, no matter what came up (and things did come up), very steady and helpful! Couldn't say enough good things - no, great thing - about Brody! I'll recommend him to everyone I never need! Brody's virtual tour is what sold my house - and I had never done that before! Additionally, his vast use of online media was what sold my house - after all, the buyers were from the East Coast! Brody also explains everything simple terms which was fantastic since this was the first time I had ever had to make the decisions, etc by myself!
