Brontez was excellent in helping us to find the home we were listing! When we found out we would be relocating for work purposes it was not a question as to who we would have list our home to sell it! He is very knowledgeable and grounded in the handling of negotiations at times when the home buying process may seem frustrating. I simply cannot say enough as to the appreciation we have for a quick closing and the successful purchase of the home to start with. He even answered the phone at times that I thought were a little outside of normal hours to answer questions and concerns my wife had with the purchasing process initially and finally the selling process.
