Buyer reviewSimply put Brooke Allen was amazing to work with!!! She helped us find our dream home and did so quickly. She helped us navigate the home buying process with no complaints, even when we called, texted, and emailed on weekends, nights, and early mornings! During the process we had our 3rd child and she called to check-in and offered her help if we were to need it. Towards the end of the home buying process things were moving quite slowly but she was on the phone with someone everyday trying to get them to speed up and/or get us a definitive timeline. The months we spent working with Brooke she went above and beyond her duties as a realtor, she became a friend. She was a blessing to our family and we will be eternally grateful for everything she did to get us into the home our boys will grow up in.

Buyer reviewAnother purchase with Brooke Allen and another successful transaction. I really like the availability Brooke has offered in showing properties at the last minute and making deals happen. The ability to be there has made the difference in closing the deal and the continuious efforts to be accommodating and nice to work with is most appreciated. Communications and attention to following up on loose ends makes working with her stress free. I appreciate not trying to think of all the "things" that need to be done and know that they are being attended too.
