Buyer reviewBrooke went above and beyond for me and not a lot of agents are like that. I will definitely be using her again. She was very nice and knowledgeable, I have recommended her to many people! The communication between emails/ text and phone calls for me so I didn't have to deal with anything was amazing. She handled everything and anything that came her way. It was a journey to get my first cabin/ Airbnb now and I wouldn't want to do it with anyone else but Brooke. She was amazing from beginning to end. I'm excited and looking forward to my next purchase with her

Her market analysis was spot on, she determined the perfect asking price and provided great suggestions to improve the marketability of the house. She helped make the house look incredible for the photos that were posted online with the listing. She was very prompt and always contacted me right away with any offers, issues or feedback from viewings. We ended up accepting an offer from a buyer who was actually rather difficult in the end and she had to help navigate us through that storm. Brooke went above and beyond in every aspect of this process and helped turn what could've been a very stressful situation into an amazing overall experience!

Seller reviewI had the responsibility for selling my mother's home after her death. I had not sold a home for over 30 years and felt completely out of my element. In addition, my mom's home was old and needed work. Brooke was recommended to me and I am so glad that I chose her to sell this house. She responded to my initial contact quickly and came to tour the home the day I contacted her. The house needed work but Brooke focused on and marketed the positive aspects of the house including the location, etc. She responded to every question and concern I had within a very short period of time. I found her to be professional, supportive and trustworthy. I felt comfortable with her guidance and recommendations. I would highly recommend Brooke if you are in the position of buying or selling a house. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me.
