Seller reviewBrooke was extremely patient with my 73 year old Father who was selling a house for the first time. This was a house that he purchased 40 years ago and had sentimental attachment to. She helped him understand the process and kept myself informed as well so that I could guide my father. I highly recommend people working with Brooke that have elderly parents involved in the real estate transaction or anyone that requires extra patience. Another complicating factor of the sale is that we are located 700+ miles away from the house and had to rely heavily on Brooke's feedback about the property. I would for sure list a property with Brooke in the future or use Brooke to buy a property.

If it wasn't for her knowledge and promptness I would not have landed the property I did and sold the previous property as quickly as we did. Between scheduling showing and getting us in to look at properties fast and at any time, she was on it. I highly recommend Brooke Wills to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. She gets things done!

Although I am sad to end my landlord career, I am very excited about the additional time to focus on my other company and most of all, my children. I'm able to spend so much more quality time with them now that Brooke has helped me to retire from landlording. She was so helpful through all of the sales! A very motivated and dedicated agent!
