I take considerable pride in working hard to give my clients solutions and products specific to their needs. For the last twelve years I have focused my considerable experience in real estate. Buying or selling a home is usually a strong emotional experience. Satisfying or exceeding expectations of that experience is a challenge I look forward to. I will do my utmost best to meet and exceed the diligence your specific needs require. I was born in Philadelphia Pa. and graduated from Lincoln University with a degree in General Science. I have two beautiful daughters and four grandsons. I am married to Elaine, my soulmate. I enjoy travel, table tennis, martial arts, and plants.

Buyer reviewI found Mr. Randolph online doing a Google search for commercial realtors. I contacted him and told him the type of properties and areas I would like to look in, and he set me up with MLS listings. I contacted him about a few properties but later decided that I was no longer interested in them. A few months went by and even when I wasn't actively looking, Mr. Randolph would reach out just to see how I was doing. We looked at a property in April then I later decided I didn't want to pay that amount. When the price went down, I contacted him and we closed in December. Whenever I contacted him he answered and when he couldn't he would text to let me know he would return my call shortly. Mr. Randolph has a pleasant spirit and is all around a great person to work with!
