Buyer reviewMy wife and I still cannot believe we were able to accomplish everything we set out to do; we still walk around our new home like it is a vacation home and it will take some time for it to sink in that we own this home. Candide walked us through tough decisions, clearly explained all of the documents we had to sign and why we were signing the documents. She gave sound advice and always made sure we were getting more and paying less. She stands in your corner and makes sure you WILL make the best decision. She was available by email and phone with no delay- I never felt like I was running out of deadline time as she kept all timelines in play- in fact, she made sure the buyer's were acting within the deadlines as contracts state. I made a comment that she so clearly explained procedures that I felt like I was a realtor. If you need a trustworthy, professional, knowledgable, and diligent worker- you better call Century 21 and get Candide's contact information.
