Seller reviewI had left the business to Carey Smith and she took over from start to finish. Answered all requests in a timely manner. Carey Smith guided us from start to finish. Carey Smith was there to sell our home and worked very hard to accomplish the deal.

Carey is very knowledgeable, friendly, accessible, caring, and loves helping her clients. I felt totally comfortable with her and her skills. One of the reasons that I chose her is because she is a media expert which is important in this day and age of rapid communication and marketing.

Buyer reviewWith the recent real estate boom we knew that we would need to move quickly if we wanted to acquire the property we were interested in. We chose Carey because of all of the positive recommendations we heard in the area. When we called her she was on vacation, out of town, this didn't slow her down she jumped on the opportunity told us the process we needed to take and within a few days we had negotiated and agreed on terms of sale through Carey.
