Seriously, words cannot describe how instrumental she was in this home sale reached the conclusion it did As soon as my friend recommended her I was more than happy to work with her. As previously stated, in my honest opinion Cari is the only reason I was able to get through this sale with my sanity in tact.

Buyer reviewCari Kocinski was wonderful in her profession from start to finish. The house I was interested in went on the market on a Tuesday and sold the following Monday. Upon looking through the pictures I knew this house was going to go fast! She was able to get an appointment set up to tour the house immediately. She let me about a loan that allowed me to be able to afford the house. When it came time to put in my offer, I ended up in a bid war with a few other potential buyers and ended up winning because of a her! After we got it she lead me in the right direction with home inspectors and also individuals that could give me estimates on anything that may have come up in the inspection. The process was smooth and this all happened during covid19. I feel if it wasn't for Cari I wouldn't be in my dream home right now, and for that I will always recommend Cari.
