Seller reviewCarl is professional, experienced, and very personable. He is responsive, quick to answer questions and address any concerns, and demonstrated a sincere interest in helping us reach our goals. He was also AVAILABLE which was extremely important as he generated a lot of activity and things happened very quickly. We could not give Carl a higher recommendation. We had our property listed with a different realtor for 6 months and did not get a single offer. After that experience, we interviewed 2 other realtors. Neither of them felt the house was worth as much as we did and were not willing to list it above a certain amount. Carl Brink thought otherwise and we had 4 offers in 5 days. In addition, we had a person that we were dealing with who had shown serious interest in the property. Other realtors were willing to exclude this individual for up to 10 days; Carl was willing to exclude this person for the entire duration of our contract - a real plus for us and a strong indicator of his confidence as a realtor.
