Carl did an excellent job being accommodating to both mine and my wife's schedule and availability to look for houses. He was quick to return calls and or text. He was always willing to go the extra mile in order to help us find our next home. He was easy to understand and entirely relatable. He showed extreme patience with us as we looked at 10-15 houses before we found the one we put in an offer on. He always tried to make the entire family a part of the process and really tried to make us feel like we were his only priority with his own hectic schedule.
