Seller reviewCarla is aggressive in finding the right buyer for a special property such as ours. Our home burned down leaving the basement, well, etc. Carla took beautiful pictures playing on the fact that it is a beautiful lot, with shed, Nipsco to the foundation, etc. and then she marketed it on line as well as locally. The result exceeded my expectations. I thought selling a property where the home burned down would take a long time and I dreaded going into the winter months with no prospects. It was only about a month it was on the market and she found the perfect buyer for it.
