Since this was for a job relocation I was placed with Carla Vander Molen and not really given a chance to pick a different broker, which I was worried about at first. Carla was very proactive at making initial contact with me to find out my needs and requirements. Even though I did not know her personally yet, she did a great job of introducing herself and making me feel comfortable working with her. She went out of her way to meet our needs during the home buying process and showed great flexibility throughout cross-country showings and crazy work/travel schedules. She remained patient and understanding despite our long wish list and large amounts of questions.
