Buyer reviewPrior to working with Carol, I was working with two other brokers and it wasn't the best experience. They were very hesitant to show us properties and it was a bit frustrating. The purchase of our house was a bit complicated as we were dealing with the city of Carlsbad purchasing my property but Carol did an amazing job coordinating with the selling agent to ensure a timely closing. I would highly recommend Carol to anyone looking to purchase a home. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, kind and her attention to the client is second to none!
