Seller reviewWe were out of state owners and Carol handled everything efficiently. She has a keen knowledge of the area where our house was located which really helped in the sale. She is detailed oriented and is thorough. She really was an advocate for us and always put us first. We had to take care of a number of construction issues, including closing up walls to make an additional bedroom. She set everything up for us with the contractors and helped us feel at ease with the repair process. We highly recommend her. She will do a wonderful job! She has great experience and knowledge and we are completely satisfied with her help.

But when I have to do it all over again, I hope Carol Mundell is still in the business because she was an absolutely fantastic guide & coach. Every step of the way she was telling us what to expect, answered all our questions and kept us at ease by always taking care of whatever was under her responsibility and even providing resources for those things that were not. Can't say enough good things about her!

She presented superb abilities explaining expectations that we were to expect by listing our house with her. She demonstrated great knowledge while going over all contingencies and escrow papers through various meetings while our house was in escrow. We intend to ask for her services again when we are ready to search for a new home, if we choose to stay in the San Diego area. Anyone that is looking for someone to represent them in buying or selling a home should consider Carol as being their agent.
