She is very knowledgeable and her efforts with marketing, including holding an open house, helped to move this home quickly. Her guidance on what we really needed to do to the home before selling it versus that of two other agents we had spoken to before choosing Carol, ended up saving us quite a bit of money and hassle. Thanks to her, we sold the property for top price without having the cost and effort of putting further money into it. Truly the smoothest and easiest real estate transaction my husband and I have ever been involved in. Great communication!
