We contacted Teri because she was listed on a home we were interested in looking at for purchase. She contacted us very quickly and spent nearly a half hour on the phone with me, asking us questions about what we were looking for. This is an exercise we had been through with several other brokers in different areas, however, the results were completely different for the better. To our surprise, Teri actually listened to us - she didn't waste our time showing us houses outside of our price range, nor did we ever get the sense she was pushing us into a decision. It was New Year's Eve, 2015, and Teri spent several hours driving us to see several houses that were a great representation of the types of homes we were interested in. She was very knowledgable about the communities we were looking at, which was important to us because we knew nothing at the time. We felt very comfortable and got an overwhelming sense that she was being honest with us. By the end of the day, we actually found the house we ultimately purchased, which was the house she initially felt we would love. I have to say, both Teri and Carole were key factors is making our home buying experience such a pleasure. Though we primarily dealt with Teri, Carole played a key role during a time when Teri was on a family vacation. Carole was completely up to speed on the progress of our negotiations, and went out of her way to make herself available to us so that we could inspect the house and the progress of the work we had requested be done prior to closing. We never skipped a beat and when Teri returned it was a very smooth transition.
