Seller reviewCaroline was a delight to work with. She really understood our needs as well as our personalities and always had us laughing. She never made us feel like we were bothering her with even the tiniest of questions. Caroline was quick to respond whenever we needed her and was a calming influence in a crazy market. We wanted someone who had experience dealing with the current market (which is difficult for us buyers!) and that we knew would be honest with us in regard to our expectations. We wanted her to be straight to the point with our potential purchases and she did just that. She gave suggestions of what she thought would or would not be helpful when writing offers and then let us make the final decision. She knew exactly what she was doing when it came to negotiation throughout the process and we trusted that she had our best interest at heart. She is personable, professional, and works in a way that demonstrates her integrity. Not only that, but she worked around our daily work schedules and met with us on nights and weekends which was a huge plus. This was our first time buying a home and we had a million questions - all of which she took the time to explain. Caroline helped us along every step of the way until we found the perfect home and we couldn't be happier with how she handled everything! We are very pleased with Caroline and Century 21!
