I wasn't sure if buying a new home would be something that I would be able to do without selling my previous home first. Carolyn patiently went through all my options and put me in touch with a lender to help me in my decision making process. Once I decided to start seriously looking for a new home, Carolyn provided me with listings very quickly. In today's market with homes selling a day or two after being listed, the speed in getting those listings and making appointments to view the homes was critical. Carolyn's patience and calm demeanor during the process of waiting for my offer to be accepted was greatly appreciated. I will be moving next week into a home that fits my needs perfectly and I am so grateful to Carolyn Plunkett for all she has done and continues to do during this process.
