Seller reviewThere are several aspects in my dealings with Carrie Gibbs, her staff, and agency as a whole I would like to point out. - We sold, got real offers for the prices she expected to get... just so happens to be considerably more than what I expected to get. - They used innovative technology with 3D imaging in conjunction with ample visibility on websites. Truly impacted our sale. - Her advice wasn't what I wanted to hear it was the facts. She pointed out a number of things for us to do in advance of listing and we did every one of them. It cost me money to do this because much of the work doing minor fixes, cleaning, and arranging we paid for. We already had enough to take care of but because we listened we got that cost back 10 fold over other similar properties. - This is the second time dealing with Carrie and her agency in 10 years, their great service hasn't changed. I've since referred and know of a number of people echoing my sentiment which reassured us during the stress and anxiety of listing that we were with the right person. --- I can easily go on, if you are still reading I'll simply say I'd trust any of my family to use Carrie Gibbs again.
