Seller reviewCarrie went far beyond my expectations. She took a personal interest in the success of my endeavor to sell my dad's trailer home as fast as possible. She was very clear about all steps of the process, and there were no surprises. I was prepared to pay another month of lot fees to the community, but she was able to close the sale before the payment was due. The amount of work she must have done figuring out the legal hurdles to not having a title for the trailer home is staggering. I paid the minimum commission of $2000 on a $5000 sale (at my request to sell it fast), and it was worth every penny.

Carrie was very helpful during this process. She responded immediately to all questions and communicated with us through the whole sale process. This was the sale of my sister's home; my sister passed away last April. Carrie not only dealt with me as executor of the estate, but she answered all the questions and concerns presented by my niece and nephew. I really appreciate everything Carrie did for us.

Seller reviewCarrie was excellent. She was very professional, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We were delayed numerous times in closing due to the buyers of our home being non-responsive and scheduling conflicts with the owners of our new home. Carrie handled every wrench that was thrown into the mix with grace; there were a lot of wrenches! We are very thankful for Carrie and her skills as an agent. I am so glad we were introduced to her by our family and friends! We love our new home!!!
