I would like to share my experience about working with Carol Smith. I met Carol in 2004 when I was looking to purchase my first home. It was a scary experience for me because I was on a fixed income, young, and inexperienced in home owner ship. Carol took me to many houses that I did not care for and then she showed me the house that her mother had owned. When I walked into this house, I could feel the love, care, and Christian spirt that was in the house. I knew right then and there that this was my house. Being a first time homebuyer can be a intimidating experience but Carol walked me though everything and I was able to purchase the house. I lived in this house for 20 years and decided that it was time to start on the second half of my chapter, so I decided to move. The first and only person that I called was Carol because I remembered the way she took care of me the first time I needed her service. She was so happy to hear from me and was honored to sell my home that she sold to me 20 years previously. We had some up and downs with getting my house ready for sell because of different things that were beyond my control but we finally got it on the market. Carol would call me 2-3 times a week letting me know what was going on and what we needed to do to get the house sold. We finally got offers and I was able to choose the best one for me. Carol never pressured me on my price point or what I needed to do to get offers. She only suggested and said she would stand by my choice and work the best deal for me. Once we were close to closing, Carol would call me constantly letting me know the progress and what we needed to do. Trust me, buying or selling a house is not fun and you need someone like Carol in the trenches fighting for you. Mortgage companies are difficult to deal with if you buying or selling. Carol watched out for everything and the closing finally went off smoothly. I not only see Carol as my relator, I see her as my friend. If you want someone that has your back and is not afraid to ruffle the feathers on the other side because she has your best interest at heart ,then Carol Smith is your relator!!
