Buyer reviewCasie helped explain the entire process in ways I could understand. She is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and also the timelines to not be penalized. She fought to make it possible for me to buy a home. I truly appreciate her and her hard work. Casie kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. She was even talking about signing papers for extensions days before we knew we needed it. Then when we needed them they were all ready to go. She introduced me to many great people along the way and all inspectors were very helpful. Casie always answered my questions quickly. If she didn't answer her phone, I could expect a call back that night.

While I don't know all the details of her sales strategies, I know that she was professional, knowledgeable, and tireless and she managed to sell this difficult property against the odds. We picked her because she was a person we personally knew and trusted, but I'm glad we did. She turned out to be a dedicated, tireless agent, who certainly earned her commission, even when things got complicated with the title. Through her relentless dedication she helped me understand what those commissions are for. She showed me what a good real estate agent should be. There was a time when I would complain about agent commissions; never again. We were operating at a distance after we moved, so it would have been impossible to get everything done without Casey. I would get busy with work and kids, and she would patiently remind me to pay attention when I had to.

Casie always greeted us with a smile and always asked us how we were. She was great with keeping us informed and in the loop of things. Casie really strives for the best and it shows in her work. She really helped us with staging our home and making it presentable for showings. Casie made us feel very comfortable and secure with choosing her as our realtor and I would highly recommend her.
