Time and time again she made herself available for house viewing after house viewing, often with little advance lead time from us. Anytime we had questions about the process, she would provide answers very quickly. If she did not know the answer, she would quickly get the answer from her Century 21 counterparts. Best of all, when we would get a bit discouraged that we would not find the home we wanted, she would continue to stay positive and reassure my wife and I that she will find the home we wanted..........and she did!
