Utilizing my BA in Marketing, I maximize every available tool for my clients. I love the ever-changing challenges that allow me to balance work and family.
I began my real estate career in 1999. Within my 20+ years in the business, I have performed many roles from Broker Associate, Property Manager, Appraiser Trainee, and Transactions Specialist.
With my professionalism, integrity, and loyalty always coming first, I am devoted to taking the time to listen and learn about my clients' needs, wants, and desires, to keep up with the ever-changing market, and to communicate with my clients every step of the way.
Together with my husband and children, we enjoy time spent volunteering with local rescue organizations. I am an active member of the local Chambers as well as an active participant and volunteer in a variety of charity events such as Burn Camp outings and Cancer walks.

The market happened to be very competitive at the time of our purchase, and Catherine quickly jumped on every house we showed interest in, offering us a showing often times the same day. Catherine answered all of our questions thoroughly and we felt comfortable with her representing us. I never thought twice to shoot her a question via text because of how approachable she is. She was always quick to reply as well.

Finding a house when there wasn't a lot on the market was a challenge but Catherine worked all hours of the day to find us something we'd love. We appreciated the time she took to get to know us and our tastes. 6 weeks after we listed our house, we are in a new beautiful house - turning it into our HOME. She's considerate of my needs and helped me work through the challenges of purchasing a home from out-of-state. Catherine was very detailed, always punctual and worked beyond expectations. She thinks ahead, anticipating what needs to be done. She followed up with the seller agent even during holidays and relentless in following up with the lender to make sure that we close as scheduled. As a first time homebuyer, I was expecting a lot of headaches through the home buying process but thanks to Catherine, my experience was very pleasant and fairly problem-free.
