Buyer reviewCathy is the best at what she does! She was quick to reach out to us when the referral was sent out by one of our previous realtors. From the 1st phone call she was ready to get us out looking at houses. She listened to our expectations, wants and needs. Made some recommendations and allowed us time to consider them. We did look at several houses and she seemed more than happy to drive all around town with us looking at them. She also made the process super easy as we were moving here from over 7 hours away. In the end, she helped us buy our dream home. We didn't think it was possible at first but with some negotiation and quick response times, she was able to help us get a signed contract at just the right time before someone else got it.
