Seller reviewCathy Anderson was effective in all aspects of the sales effort visible to us, i.e., advertising/publicity, seller relations, business acumen, personal demeanor, interagency relations, etc. Although there were more days of effort expended than the four days of product visibility to the buying public, Cathy's coordination of that pre-public visibility effort and the CENTURY 21 Broughton team's able support are assumed to have been equally stellar, the positive end results speaking loads in this regard; the fact of there having been three good offers and an accepted offer within four days.
