Buyer reviewCathy Aleman really knew the Quincy area. This was critical since we were moving from the Chicago metro area and knew nothing about the Quincy housing market. She was wonderful!! We could not have had a more knowledgeable and patient realtor. She is a true asset to your company. She communicated well with us and the buyer, even when the closing on our house in the Chicago area got delayed and complicated. She was in a dual relationship with us and the seller. When there were complications, she re-did the paperwork numerous times as aspects of the situation changed. She was very patient with us, and negotiated well with the sellers who were out of town. She always answered our questions, and if she did not know, she got answers from those who did. She recommended a lender, and we were very happy with the terms of our mortgage. She was a great spokesman for Quincy, and made us feel very welcome!

Cathy went above and beyond in recommending and coordinating services I needed since I have never lived in the area and was selling the house as the executor of an estate. The whole process was as quick and efficient as it possibly could have been, which was really important to me. She obviously did a great job in pricing the house since it sold very close to asking price. I feel her services were a very good value and it was a pleasure working with her!
