I was exchanging a rental property in Colorado for one in Florida and my realtor in Colorado recommended Cathy. I worked with one other realtor in another city but she was the only one we talked to in Fort Myers, once we made the decision to buy there. Because we are out of state Cathy took care of details that were above and beyond what would normally be required. She made contacts and arrangements for us relative to the closing in addition to all of the work she put in to the sale. We looked at several new homes and she went to the sites and took pictures and provided input, knowing what my concerns were, in addition to issues I had not thought of myself. Everything about our dealings was professional. If I could give her additional kudos for patience I would because our requirements changed several times as we looked at houses. She was responsive any time I had questions or concerns. She understood what I was looking for enough that if my husband had been willing I would have let her pick out the house. She researched the requirements for my 1031 exchange and worked with everyone involved in the process. We made several trips to Fort Myers and she planned our schedule so that our time was utilized amazingly well. I couldn't believe how many properties she took us to in the time we had available. Cathy knew the positives and negatives of the different communities and areas which was extremely helpful.
