Seller reviewCece 's years of experience really stood out in the sale of my home . How well she knew the area and what the sale price should be, and because of her years of experience she was able to walk me thru this process step by step. Cece was always available if i had any questions or concerns and was able to help me get thru some of the issues that had taken place with the buyers of the property and she always kept me informed and updated whenever there was a change. I can not say how much Cece helped me both professionally and personally get thru this process. I would recommend Cece to anyone i know in the area if they choose to sell their home. The kind of customer service that i got from Cece is not found that offen anymore in today's world and it was a pleasure working with Cece, and i would do it again.

Seller reviewI am a retired Handyman from the area and through Chamber of Commerce and civic organizations have had a chance to meet and work for various brokers. Cece sells homes @a good price and quickly This house sold in less than two weeks. and the only slow down was a bad buyer agent on the first offer and my health. Cece knows this area and is on top of everything. We felt we were top priority. Everything she told us was true. Cece did every thing so well and complete only thing left would of been packing up our house and massaging or feet, Ha Ha (we'd buy a used car from her) Cece took care of us and the staff must of done a bang up job cause a good worker has an excellent team to back them up we don't sell many houses but we know a good agent when we see them and Cece has set the bar super high.

She was very helpful at the time of my trying to get rid of all of my furniture so that I could move into an independent living home. She always returned my calls and went out of her way to deliver papers to me even if I was at work. I really appreciated that as I gave up my car. I would recommend her highly to anyone that needs real estate help.
