I would recommend family or friends Cecilia Rojas. She is a very knowledgeable and friendly person to work with. She made time to help us look for a house and considered the time differences. On top I felt I could trust her opinion and was very appreciative on her negotiation skills. Cecilia was also very responsive on questions we had. Overall a great person to work with.

Cecilia was great. She listened and understood what we needed and wanted in a home. Since this was our first home we were a bit nervous about the whole process. We were unfamiliar with it and didnt even know where to start. She definitely made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions no matter how silly they seemed. She guided us through everything gracefully and with honesty. We appreciate her making this process less stressful and helping us enjoy buying our first home.

Cecilia assisted me in renovating and selling a rental home in Missouri City. The house needed extensive repairs prior to listing and I was living in another state. She helped arrange most of the repairs, renovations, and staging work on the house. I was able to sell the house for the market price very quickly with her assistance. She is extremely conscientious, provides outstanding service, and I highly recommended her as a realtor.
