My name is Cedric Tolbert and I am a resident of Centerville, OH, but have lived in the Dayton area my entire life. I am a conscientious Realtor who exudes credibility, commitment, and determination. My in-depth knowledge of this region and experiences while living here have given me enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home.
I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati while also being an academic scholar on the football team. Since graduating in 2009, I have also earned a master's degree in higher education administration and become an Intervention Specialist. I currently teach in Centerville City School district while also coaching high school football and track & field.
I have great communication skills and work well with others. I'm loyal, honest, trustworthy, and most importantly, I care! As a realtor, I believe I represent more than just myself. My actions also affect those who believe in me. I take pride in everything I do, especially when it comes to representing someone else's interest. I value my character more than anything. My passion is helping people and real estate allows me to do that!
