I appreciated that Cesar was available to look at homes within a very reasonable timeframe whenever I needed him. And we looked at A LOT of house. Far more than I want or ever intended. The market was very difficult at the time I purchased. We had multiple people back out of the sale of my home which made the purchase of a replacement property even harder. I was in the market for around 8 months. Cesar never got frustrated with me. He understood that I intended to live in my next home for a very long time and that I was going to wait until I found exactly what suited me. He also did a good job in negotiating with other agents.

Cesar Gomez was extremely helpful throughout the whole process while I was trying to find my home. He explained all the critical items I should watch for when selecting a home and explained any questions I ever had. He was patient with me with the hundreds of questions I had most times and explained everything clearly and also gave his point of view on some matters which is helpful. Wanted someone friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and who was interested in our best interests not just their own. Very fast, easy, and hassle free. Very knowledgeable agent who made it super easy to understand everything He was very knowledgeable, kind, and understanding of all our needs. Asked the right questions to understand what we needed not what we wanted. If there was something we wanted to know he would go above and beyond to get us the answers to our questions. Even after the purchase was done and set if we had any more concerns or questions he was always willing to help out in any way possible with a super fast response. Would recommend 10/10 and would go through him again. Very knowledgeable in every aspect and exceeded all our expectations
