Seller reviewMr Gomez mailed out fliers to residences in my neighborhood and I decided if he has the initiative to do that, then he should have the initiative to sell my property, when others could not. :) No complaints whatsoever. I would choose Mr Gomez in the future in a heartbeat. He was able to help us with the 2nd mortgage and turn an impossible situation into a tremendous success. Mr. Gomez did what other realtors were unable to do, and saved me from foreclosure and perhaps getting sued. I am indebted to him, and so thankful and happy. I made this choice on my own, and tried one more time. I am so glad I followed my intuition. Someone had called anybody that sends out fliers through the US mail to be nothing more than charlatans. I am so glad I did not listen to her. :)

Seller reviewWe had a wonderful experience with Cesar. He always responded quickly, and was able to arrange showings quickly when we wanted to see other properties. The process was smooth and pleasant. He went above and beyond, even showing us a model home an hour away when the builder we were considering didn't have a model hog that floor plan locally.

Cesar helped find a gray trusted home inspection agency to make sure we were getting a quality buy. Cesar paid great attention on his walk through me to help identify any potential damage Cesar was excellent when it came to my wants and needs looking for a home. With how crazy the market was as soon as houses posted for sale Cesar was a step ahead sending houses and booking appointments to see the homes to help us find our home. Cesar was a great communicator and also gave great knowledge on the housing market and what to expect.
