It was important that he assured us it was not imposible to buy a house according to the features we were looking for and also with the monthly payment we could afford. He stepped in to help us on understanding the process on becoming homeowners, when another broker had told us we were not going to be able to accomplish that. He was close to perfect into getting us thru the process however I felt he could have explained into very extreme detail when it came to the deposit of escrow, for example explaining you can only deposit personal check or cashier check, it can be obvious to someone in the real state business, but to us it was not. However he was very eager to walk us thru the whole process with minimal stress, he was always available to answer the phone, and to show us houses in a convenient schedule for us, he promptly answered e mails, texts and calls. He was very knowledgeable of Fresno area even though he was coming from Visalia.he was always on time as well. He was able to negotiate on some fixing the house needed. Also he speaks perfect Spanish and that was extremely important to us, since my husband only speak Spanish. Best customer service. Excellent on all of the above, he exceeded all of our expectations Overall great experience, I had already recommended him to family and friends because we were very satisfied with his customer service and professionalism on every step of the buying a house journey
