We purchased from out of state so had very little knowledge of Texas and the real estate market here . Chad has been extremely helpful with this transition even helping with contractor recommendations after the sale. Chad was outstanding not only a great realtor business connection we also consider him our first friend in Texas ! We will definitely use him for future purchases.
