Seller reviewChad Morris was very knowledgeable about the local market. He was easy to work with and spot on in pricing our home. He described expectations about how it would go and how we could get the price and experience that we wanted. He proved to be correct. He was patient with us and the fact that we hadn't sold a home in over 30 years. When it came time to negotiate he was calm and helped us get a really good result. We had considered selling the home ourselves without an agent but we are so pleased that we had Chad help us instead.
