We had over 45 separate viewings and 1 open house in 5 days. The house was busy. We told everyone that we would be considering all offers Sunday at 5 pm. Property was on the market for less than 5 days and we had 14 offers. Chana was always available to answer all our questions and to explain how one thing effected another. Chana referred us to a realtor with this company in Montana to help us with our transition.
