Buyer reviewChance was on the ball in getting in contact with me the same day I had met with Summit and Meghan had emailed him regarding me looking for an agent as I was at work and had not had the opportunity to reach out to him yet. Chance was very flexible in working with my work schedule as I work at the hospital and my hours change day to day and I never know what my shift will be until a couple days prior and/or can change throughout the day. Chance was always quick at getting back to me with any and all questions I had. There were times I asked the same question more then once as I had a hard time understanding and he would take the time to call me and explain it to me. Chance was very patient with me when I did not know what to do and would help me understand/make a decision. Chance was very personable and pleasure to work with regarding this house.

Buyer reviewChance was knowledgeable of North/Central Idaho and understanding of what I was looking for in a property. Even over a long period of time, starting with a small budget, he was responsive and helpful. Made four offers until things worked out and he was very prompt with all of them. He was responsive even with the 2020/2021 insane housing market. He had good instincts around pricing as well. Though it was a long process in a crazy market, I have a fantastic property that I got a good deal on thanks to Chance. He also pointed me in the right direction in regards to non-mortgageable properties, something I would not have known on my own and worked very well in my favor. I appreciate how low pressure he was, as well. Thank you, Chance!

Buyer reviewThe process of home ownership & property sales is all in all very confusing. Doug & I found ourselves in turmoil & confusion before we met Chance Well. Chance came to our rescue out of the goodness of his heart, communicated directly, yet with grace. If it were not for Chance, we would not be in this gorgeous house today. Chance was flexible, generous with his time, & very kind hearted. To put it simply, he was a gift from God himself. Both Chance's personality & charisma were a sweet bonus too

Buyer reviewSince we were looking for recreation property out of our area we chose Chance Weil because he responded back to us when we inquired about a property he had listed. We did not purchase that exact property but Chance was very attentive to us and was willing to start working with us which we found refreshing considering he did not ever meet us or was set to make a lot of money off of inexpensive undeveloped land. Chance Weil made it possible for us to get a loan for undeveloped land which we did not know existed. He suggested a company and gave us a contact. Through that contact we were able to obtain a loan and they also refinanced a vehicle at a better rate for us. Chance Weil is very detailed and was extremely helpful with ideas and suggestions. He ended up helping us purchase a property that was not in his area so everything was done remotely. We would recommend Change Weil to anyone looking for homes or land in the states he serves. Especially to someone who feels like they don't have a great chance of making a purchase or are somehow a less desirable client due to lack of money or great credit. Chance will never make you feel like you aren't good enough to at least try!!
