Her strategy to offer "coming soon" method was very effective in getting our home sold the first weekend it went "live". Her positive attitude helped us to stay focused on the important things necessary to prepare our home to make it look great. Her advice (that we followed) was so valuable in the stagin part. Chanda was diligent, hard working & always kept us informed of anything we needed to know. She walked us through contracts to ensure they were correct. Our experience was seemless.
