I am very satisfied and happy to have this completed before the end of 2017 I went from not thinking it possible to going through the process in an orderly thoughtful way with the guidance of Mr. Maimone . The property was priced perfect to get multiple offers in a somewhat down market in the town where it is located. Very good in negotiations, keeping us in the process. I worked with Patti Rohe on the paper trail. She is so patient and calm. Never saw her lose focus on the job at hand in a caring and sensitive way. Made it feel like I was her only responsibility. I am not that tech savvy but I was able to close without being at settlement table which was important to me. I would give Charles Maimone, his office staff and Century 21 a rating of 10 plus. Charles Maimone was very professional, accessible, knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding as we went through the process of listing to sale. He is just very good at what he does and like they say, " never let them see you sweat " I was never made to think that I had a substandard property, as it was old and had been neglected and rented. With his guidance we were able to replace and repair only the necessary items.
