Having been an educator for 26 years, Charlie views his most important role as an agent is to teach and guide clients through the real estate process. We didn't know it at the time, but VA loans, while worth the trouble, can be a bit of a pain, and Charlie walked us through every step and made sure we understood what was next. We hope to some day be able to buy a vacation home, and Charlie is our guy.

Seller reviewCharlie is a great guy to work with. He helped us buy a home that would be temporary, but we didn't know for how long. He then helped us find a lake home. That took many outings, contacts, research and he handled any questions we had on the property. He then handled the sale of the first house we'd bought. Charlie will go out of his way to help you find the house you want. If the need arises, we'll contact him again.

Even though that property was already "gone," Charlie took the time to meet with us, ask what we were looking for, and then set up notification emails so we received properties via email. He was consistently on the lookout for us without being overbearing. Hands down, Charlie is an amazing guy and it showed right from the start. Charlie was so accommodating when we were slowly plodding through the scant listings of springtime. Then when that hot property came up, he was ready to jump on it. He has the patience and perseverance to push through the slow times as well as the agility and savvy to move very, very quickly to help us nab a great home at a time when competition was fierce.
