I would recommend Charlie to anyone and will always use him in the future. There was no doubt that Charlie considered us his priority and that he was working for us. This was very good for us to know and we appreciated his interest in us getting what we wanted. Charlie was professional at all times and friendly at the same time. I cannot say enough good about his friendship and the professional relationship we have with Charlie. He's outstanding in both regards. The receptionist was always polite and helpful. Charlie was knowledgeable and always diligent in finding out pertinent information for us.

Seller reviewWe would recommend Charlie Brue to others wanting to sell their property as he does a great job with taking of pictures and an online presence as I think that is how our buyers found our property as they came from a long distance away. He is dedicated to helping the seller both in selling their property and in buying new property as there is a high stress level that some sellers and buyers are experiencing though the process. He was very timely in phone and email contact to keep in touch. If he didn't know the answer to some situations he would find out the answer from others and let us know. We are very pleased that the first looker made an offer, and happy to be able to find a new home quickly with closings on both properties on the same day. He is very open and likable and a people person that helps you feel confident and supported through the process and we are very grateful everything worked out so well so fast.
