Overall, Charlie Commander personally did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend him and his agency to anyone buying or selling in the PCB area. Our property had been listed for 18 months previously with a local realtor who never even brought us a contract. When we listed with Charlie we had two contracts within 4 weeks. Wish we had known about him and his agency sooner. Charlie knows the local market and has access to national internet database which made a huge difference. Thank you Charlie.
